Part of one of New Zealand’s fastest growing regions, the population of the Waimakariri District is expected to grow to over 77,000 by 2033. Like much of Canterbury, the region is also attracting new residents from across the country, attracted by the value, lifestyle and business opportunities this remarkable region offers.
The growth of Ravenswood, which now only has one residential stage remaining to sell, is providing strong impetus for local growth. At the same time, the planned Gressons Road residential subdivision to the north of Ravenswood Central that will cater for upwards of 3,000 additional houses. The Council has also now decided to allow intensification in key areas of the local community, meaning the new Key Activity Centre is destined to become a thriving regional hub.

Masterplanned development
To meet this growing demand, and ensure the region has every opportunity to reach its full potential, commercial property expert Infinity Investment Group is also planning a major expansion of the town centre.
